Jimmie
has over 25 years’ experience in the handling,
adjusting and management of claims. Before
joining FAS, Jimmie held the Claim Unit Manager
position at TIG Insurance Company in Irving,
Texas for 12 years. During her tenure at TIG,
Jimmie had overall responsibility for
nationwide accounts that included general
liability, commercial auto, trucking, and
commercial property. She also implemented
Claims Best Practices Standards, performed
audits of outside Third Party Administrators,
conducted compliance audits and served as the
company’s preferred representative negotiating
the settlement of catastrophic cases on behalf
of the company nationwide. Jimmie holds a
multi-line adjuster license in the following
states: Connecticut, Delaware, Florida,
Kentucky, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma,
South Carolina, Texas, West Virginia and
Wyoming.

Maria
has over 25 years’ experience adjusting,
handling and managing claims. She has held
senior claim positions with TIG Insurance
Company, Union Standard Insurance Company and
Home Insurance Company. Prior to joining FAS,
Maria occupied the position of Claim Unit
Manager for 12 years with TIG Insurance Company
in Irving, Texas. She received the Riverstone
Chairman’s Award for outstanding performance in
2004. Maria has extensive experience with both
workers’ compensation claims and commercial
property and casualty claims across multiple
jurisdictions. Maria is also a skilled
negotiator. In addition to attaining the CPCU
and AIC designations, Maria has held a
multi-line adjuster license in the following
states: Connecticut, Delaware, Florida,
Kentucky, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah,
West Virginia and Wyoming.
